I just placed an order. How soon will I get it?
Our pieces are handmade with care. Usually your order will ship within seven days.
I'm having a hard time deciding which cuff I want. Can I come to your studio?
Yes, we love visitors! Although we do not have a storefront at this time, our studio is open by appointment. If you would like to shop in person, Contact Us.
My cuff is looking a little dirty. How do I clean it?

My significant other gave me a cuff as a gift and it's a color I would never wear. Help!
We will gladly exchange your cuff for an equivalent product of your choice within 30 days of purchase. After the holidays we may extend this window, so please just ask.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. Please send the link of the piece(s) that interest you and your shipping address via our Contact Us form so we can calculate shipping charges.
I've had my Gogo cuff for years, and the aluminum is cracking. Can you fix it?
We have successfully restored cuffs that have been squished, crushed and mushed and brought them back to their original splendor! There will be a minimal charge for the repair. Email us photographs of the damaged piece at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide you with an estimate.
There’s a design I'd love to be made into a cuff. Can you do that?
No. At this time we are not taking any custom orders or commissions.
I'd love to have a trunk show. Can I have one?
On occasion we take this show on the road. If you’d like to have a show at your home or gallery, even out of town, please get in touch! Contact Us with your ideas.
