I just placed an order. How soon will I get it?

Our pieces are handmade with care. Your order will usually ship within seven days.

I'm having a hard time deciding which cuff I want. Can I come to your studio?

Yes, we love visitors! Our studio in New Orleans' Marigny neighborhood is open by appointment. If you would like to shop in person, please contact us to set up a time.

My cuff is looking a little dirty. How do I clean it?

My significant other gave me a cuff as a gift and it's a color I would never wear. Help!

We will gladly exchange your cuff for an equivalent product of your choice within 30 days of purchase. After the holidays we may need to extend this window, so please just ask.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. Please use our contact form to send us a link to the piece(s) that interest you along with your shipping address and we will calculate shipping charges.

I've had my Gogo cuff for years, and the aluminum is cracking. Can you fix it?

We have successfully restored cuffs that have been squished, crushed and mushed and brought them back to their original splendor! There will be a minimal charge for the repair.  Email us photographs of the damaged piece at gogo@ilovegogojewelry.com and we can provide you with an estimate.

There’s a design I'd love to have made into a cuff. Can you do that?

No. At this time we are not taking any custom orders or commissions. 

I'd love to host a Gogo Jewelry trunk show. How does that work?

On occasion we take this show on the road. If you’d like to have a show at your home or gallery in New Orleans or elsewhere, please get in touch!
